Fifteen years of coverage, kept in effect by the Crisp maintenance program.

What is covered

• 15 years against fungal rot and decay.
• 15 years against peeling or blistering of factory-applied semi-transparent and semi-solid stains.
• Covers the original owner and transfers once, to the next owner of the property.
• The remedy is replacement material. Labour, installation, removal and freight are not covered.

Keeping coverage in effect

• Wash the cladding every year.
• Re-seal siding, soffits, fascia and trim every five years, and decking every one to three years, with a Crisp-approved sealer.
• Keep proof of installation and of each wash and re-seal.

Making a claim

Submit your claim in writing within 30 days of discovering the problem. Include proof of purchase and installation date, photos of the affected area, and your maintenance records. Crisp may inspect the property before any replacement.
