Simple, regular care keeps Crisp cladding looking as it did on the day it was installed.

Fifteen years of coverage, kept in effect by three simple steps.

• Wash the cladding every year to remove dirt, pollen and mould.
• Re-seal siding, soffits, fascia and trim every five years, and decking every one to three years, with a Crisp-approved sealer, available from Crisp.
• Keep proof of installation and of each wash and re-seal.

Following this program keeps your 15-year limited warranty in effect.

Every year

• Wash the cladding to remove dirt, pollen and mould.
• Inspect for scratches or damage and touch up as needed, following the touch-up instructions.

Re-sealing

• Siding, soffits, fascia and trim: every five years.
• Decking: every one to three years.
• Use a Crisp-approved sealer, available from Crisp.

Lighter colours, and walls with more sun and weather exposure, may need re-sealing sooner. Natural weathering over time is expected.

Keep records

Keep proof of installation and of each wash and re-seal. These records are required for warranty coverage.
